How to Create an Account
- Click Sign In / Register on the website.
- Select Sign Up for new users.
- Enter your email address, mobile number, and password, then click Sign Up.
- Add and verify your mobile number.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS, then click Confirm.
- Complete your personal information and delivery address.
- Read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click Confirm to complete your registration.
Your account will be successfully created once your mobile number has been verified.

Registration & Verification Issues
It says I already have an account. What should I do?
If you receive a message indicating that an account already exists, please sign in using your existing account.

I have not received my verification code (OTP). What should I do?
Before requesting a new code, please ensure that:
- Your mobile number has been entered correctly, including the country code.
- Your Account Profile and Delivery Address information have been completed correctly.
- All registration information is entered using English or Thai characters only.
- You have attempted to request a new OTP multiple times.
Please note that international mobile numbers may occasionally experience delays or delivery issues due to local telecom provider restrictions.
If you still do not receive the verification code, please contact Customer Service and provide:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Mobile number
- Country
- Screenshot of the error message (if available)
In some cases, additional identity verification may be required. Customers may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued identification document (e.g. passport or national ID card) or other supporting documents to complete the account verification process.
Why can't I complete my registration?
Registration issues may occur if:
- Required information in the Account Profile section is incomplete.
- Required information in the Delivery Address section is incomplete.
- Registration details are entered incorrectly.
- Unsupported characters or languages are used during registration.
