Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly by following these steps:

1. Go to the Ticketmaster website and select Sign In / Register
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter your registered email address
4. A verification code will be sent to your email and your registered mobile number via SMS
5. Enter the verification code
6. Set a new password and click Change Password
7. Sign in again using your new password

Tips:

• Make sure you have access to both your registered email and mobile number
• If you don’t receive the code, check your spam/junk folder or try again
