Please sign in to get started. Any updates made to your account will only affect future purchases and will not impact past orders.
You can update the following information:
- Edit Profile: Name, phone number, password
- Delivery Address: For future ticket deliveries
To update your profile, follow these steps:
- Sign in and go to “My Account”
- Select “My Profile”
- Update your personal information or delivery address
- Review your details
- Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Click “Confirm”
- Your information will be updated successfully
Important information
- Updating your password requires access to your registered email
- Changes to delivery address will apply to future bookings only
Updating an incorrect email address
If you entered an incorrect email address when creating your account, sign in using the registered email and update it under “My Profile” in your account settings
