Customers may request a full tax invoice for both the ticket price and service fee by scanning the QR Code shown on the Simplified Tax Invoice / Receipt (ABB) and completing the required information through the online form.
Information Required for Tax Invoice Issuance
- Tax invoice recipient name
- Tax Identification Number (or other required identification information depending on customer type)
- Tax invoice address
- Email address
- Telephone number
Tax Invoice Delivery
Ticket Price Tax Invoice
The event organizer is responsible for issuing the tax invoice for the ticket price and delivering the original tax invoice by postal mail to the address provided in the system.
If the delivery address is different from the tax invoice address, please specify a separate Tax Invoice Delivery Address in the online form.
The processing and delivery period are subject to the organizer's conditions.
Service Fee Tax Invoice
Thai Ticket Major Co., Ltd. is responsible for issuing the service fee tax invoice in the form of an e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt and will send it to the email address provided by the customer.
Remark:
Thai Ticket Major Co., Ltd. has implemented the issuance of tax invoices through the
e-Tax Invoice system in accordance with the Revenue Department's policy,
effective from 1 May 2026 onwards.
