The issuance of tax invoices is divided into 2 parts as follows:
1. Part 1: Ticket Price Tax Invoice
The event organizer is responsible for issuing the tax invoice. Please request the tax invoice on the date of ticket purchase.
Required details:
1.1 Order number or ticket details (front and back of the ticket)
1.2 Address for tax invoice issuance and taxpayer identification number
1.3 Address for tax invoice delivery
1.4 Please send all details to Customer Service at cs@thaiticketmajor.com
The event organizer will send the tax invoice to the customer by post. Normally, the issuance process takes approximately 2 weeks. If you have not received the tax invoice within this period, please contact cs@thaiticketmajor.com.
2. Part 2: Service Fee Tax Invoice
Thai Ticket Major Co., Ltd. is responsible for issuing the tax invoice in the form of an e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt. Please request the tax invoice (Full Form) by scanning the QR code on the simplified tax invoice (E-Tax Invoice (ABB) & e-Receipt).
Required details:
2.1 Address for tax invoice issuance and tax identification number
2.2 Email address and phone number
The system will send the full form e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt to your email.
