Present the original ID card/passport of the person collecting the ticket
Original document is required. Copies or photos are not accepted. -
If the person collecting the ticket is not the purchaser, the following documents are required (both are mandatory):

A signed copy of the purchaser’s ID card/passport, including an authorization note
Signature and authorization statement are required. -
A copy of the authorized person’s ID card/passport
Both documents must be presented together; otherwise, ticket collection will not be permitted.

Police report document
Must be officially issued by a police station. -
Contact the TTM booth at the event venue to collect the ticket
Advance processing or alternative collection methods are not available.
The company cannot verify receipts presented as photos or copies in any case.
All verification will be based on system records at the ticket booth only.
