Please prepare the required documents based on your payment method:
Cash / E-Payment (K PLUS / TrueMoney / QR / Alipay / WeChat Pay):
- Order confirmation (ThaiTicketMajor)
- Receipt or proof of payment (e.g. mobile app)
- Valid ID card or passport of the purchaser
Credit / Debit Card:
- Order confirmation (ThaiTicketMajor)
- Valid ID card or passport of the purchaser
- Actual credit/debit card used for payment
If the purchaser is NOT the cardholder:
- Signed copy of the cardholder’s ID/passport
- Power of Attorney signed by the cardholder
Important: These documents are required to confirm authorization from the cardholder.
Where to obtain the Power of Attorney form:
The form is available on page 2 of the purchase confirmation PDF, which can be downloaded from the “Purchase History” page on the website.
If you are unable to collect the ticket in person, you may authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf.

- Signed copy of the credit card holder’s ID/passport

1. Can I receive my tickets by post?
Yes, ticket delivery by post is available for selected events, depending on the ticket format.
2. How long does delivery take?
- For events using paper tickets or plastic tickets, delivery is typically completed within 10 days.
- For events using plastic tickets, delivery may take longer than 10 days in case of production delays.
3. What happens if my tickets cannot be delivered?
If the tickets are returned to ThaiTicketMajor by postal service for any reason, customers are required to collect the tickets at the venue on the event day.
4. Can my ticket be redelivered?
Yes, redelivery can be arranged at least 10 days prior to your event date.
