The queue system functions like a virtual waiting line. It uses advanced security measures to detect bots and monitor traffic levels. When it is your turn, you will be able to view the full seating map and select the tickets you wish to purchase.
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and ticket availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend entering the waiting room approximately 15 minutes before the on-sale time.
When you're ready, follow these steps:
- Find the event on Ticketmaster.co.th For some presales, you may need to use a special link provided to you. However, not all presales require a link.
- Enter the waiting room before ticket sales begin. If you join after sales have started, you will be placed at the end of the queue.
- Use only one device and one browser when purchasing tickets. For events with multiple performances, you may open separate tabs to join the queue for different performances.
- Once the official on-sale time begins, the system will assign your place in the queue.
- When it is your turn, select your tickets through the seating map and proceed to check out.
Queue wait times may vary depending on the event, traffic volume, and ticket demand.
Tips for a Smoother Ticket Buying Experience
- Keep an eye on your screen. If using a mobile device, keep the screen active and avoid refreshing the page. The system will automatically refresh the page as you move through the queue.
- Make sure your Ticketmaster account information is up to date, including your phone number and email address. Have a supported payment method ready in advance to avoid delays during checkout.
- Use a secure and stable internet connection.
- Keep your device volume on so you can hear the notification when it is your turn, even if you step away briefly.
- Use the correct link. Presale organizers may provide a dedicated queue link. However, not all presales require one.
Do I Need to Stay on the Page the Entire Time?
Yes. While you are in the queue, the system automatically updates your queue position. Please do not refresh the page, close the page, or leave the page. When it is your turn, your access will be reserved for 10 minutes.
Will I Get Access to Buy Tickets at a Specific Time?
No, a specific access time cannot be guaranteed. Each fan is given time to browse the interactive seating map and select the tickets that best suit their needs, which may result in longer waiting times than in the past.
The system only allows additional users to enter when capacity becomes available, and you will receive ongoing status updates throughout the process.
Can I Join the Queue More Than Once Using Multiple Devices or Browsers?
No. If you attempt to join the queue from a different device or browser, you will be moved to the end of the line. We recommend using one account, one device, and one browser when joining the queue.
Can I Skip the Queue?
No. The queue cannot be bypassed. If you are waiting to access ticket sales, remain on the page and do not refresh it in order to keep your place in line.
Why Is the Queue Closed?
The queue may be closed to prevent fans from waiting unnecessarily. When tickets are nearly sold out toward the end of a sale, you can check the event page again later to see whether tickets remain available or if additional sales opportunities have been added for the event.
