How do I know if I have purchased Ticket Protect?
If you have purchased Ticket Protect, it will be shown:
- In your confirmation email
- In your account under “My Tickets”
Can I request a refund of the Ticket Protect fee (7%)?
Yes, you may request a refund of the Ticket Protect fee if:
- The request is made at least 7 days before the event date
- You contact Thai Ticket Major counters (11 main branches)
- Required supporting documents are submitted
What documents are required for refunding the Ticket Protect fee?
- Original ticket or booking confirmation
- Valid ID
- Bank account details
What is the refund timeline?
- Cash payments: within 15 business days
- Credit/Debit cards: within 2 billing cycles (approximately 60 days)
Can I request a refund after attending the event?
No, refunds are not permitted after attending the event.
Can I cancel my ticket after receiving a refund for the Ticket Protect fee?
No, once the Ticket Protect fee has been refunded, the ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded.
