Purchasing Tickets through Website and Mobile

Step 1: Select an Event

Go to ticketmaster.co.th, select your preferred event, and click “BUY NOW”.

Step 2: Choose Date and Seating

• Select the event date and time
• Check seat availability in each zone
• Zone colors and ticket prices are displayed on the right side of the seating map
• Select your preferred zone

Step 3: Select Seats

Select your desired seats and click “Book Now”.

You may purchase up to 6 tickets per transaction, all within the same ticket category.

Step 4: Select Ticket Delivery Method

• Self Pick-up at ThaiTicketMajor outlets
• Postal delivery (within Thailand only)

Step 5: Select Payment Method

Choose your payment method, enter the required details, and click “Confirm Order”.

Step 6: Review and Complete Payment

Review your order details and proceed with payment through Bill Payment Form.

Step 3: Select Seats

Select your desired seats and click “Confirm”.

Step 4: Ticket Protect (Optional)

Ticket Protect is an optional add-on service that allows customers to request a refund under specific conditions.

• Service fee: 7% of the ticket price
• Select “I agree” or “I disagree”

Select your payment method and preferred ticket delivery option.
