If an event has been postponed, it means the Event Organizer has delayed the event and may still be working to confirm a new date or determine the next steps.
Your tickets will remain valid while we wait for further information. No action is required unless we tell you otherwise.
We’ll notify you by email once we receive an update from the Event Organizer.
What happens after an event is postponed?
Once the Event Organizer confirms the next steps, we’ll let you know the updated event details and any options available to you.
Depending on the Event Organizer’s decision, the event may be rescheduled or canceled. You may also be offered options such as using your existing tickets for the new date, changing to another performance or requesting a refund.
Available options will vary by event and will be included in the event notification.
Can I request a refund?
In some cases, the Event Organizer may offer you the option to request a refund. If refunds are available, we'll include this in the event change email. If they're available and you choose this option, you’ll need to make your request within the request window for the event. Requests may not be accepted after the request window has ended.
Once your request has been received, we'll process your refund. It should appear in your account within 60 days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your original payment method.
The request window, as well as instructions for submitting your request will be included in the event change email. Please refer to the email for information specific to your event.
What if the event is rescheduled?
If a new date or venue is confirmed, we’ll notify you and let you know whether your existing tickets remain valid or if you need to take any action.

Refund policies are determined by the Event Organizers on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
Why can't I see my tickets in my account?
If you have tickets for an event that has been postponed or rescheduled and you can't see them in your account, don't worry. Your booking is still secure. The reason you can't see the tickets is because of the change to the event date.
